Team Manager – Community Recovery Service, Dudley
Band 7 £38,890- £44,503
Our Trust is a nationally-recognised, award-winning Mental Health Trust that provides services to a population of approximately 560,000 children, adults and older adults across Dudley and Walsall.

The Community Recovery Service is busy, dynamic and pivotal to our core services. We provide a highly professional and recovery focused service to our service users and work closely within a multi-disciplinary team.
Due to an upcoming retirement we are now looking to recruit a Team Manager for our service to manage our existing team of experienced mental health nurses, social care staff and administrative staff.
We also need a manager who will be able to work well in what is often a busy pressured environment whilst also bringing fresh ideas to this the team to assist us in continually improving the service.
The person we are looking for will have varied experience in either adult and/or older adult community mental health settings. You must be confident in your ability to manage a team effectively, and be able to communicate tactfully. In return we will provide regular supervision and support, as well as encouraging opportunities for professional development.
If you have a good working knowledge and understanding of Community Mental Health Services, a passion for providing patient-centred healthcare, and are a determined, forward thinking leader, we would love to hear from you.
To be successful as the Community Recovery Team Manager you will need:
Evidence of continuous professional development
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
