PA to Head of Specialist and Community Services

Band 4 – 37.5 hrs per week

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, capable and organised Personal Assistant. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident in supporting both the Head of Specialist Services and the Head of Community Services. The successful applicant will be able to forward plan, have experience of diary management and possess strong written and verbal communication skills together with the usual range of admin skills, including minute taking at high level meetings.

This exciting role involves working with a range of professionals and alongside colleagues within the Head of Service PA Team.
