This post holder will be responsible for specific projects within the Estates Capital Programme across the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and will support the delivery of the Estates Strategy, Managing multi-stranded projects and ensuring that the physical environment matches the service strategic needs.

The direct management of Capital Projects Officers.

Assisting the Capital Planning and Property Manager and Head of Strategic Estates and Capital in Capital Planning and Property Management.
