This is an exciting opportunity to join the Infection Prevention and Control Team to coordinate our seasonal staff flu vaccination campaign.
This is a fixed term position until 28th February 2021 and we need someone who is able to start asap.
The role will involve travel across sites within the boroughs of Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell and Wolverhampton . You will be working with the Infection Prevention and Control to support the Trust and our peer vaccinators to achieve the national ambition to vaccinate 90% of the workforce. You will be responsible for running flu clinics across the Trust.
To apply you will need to be a registered nurse ideally with previous vaccination experience and have certificates in basic life support, anaphylaxis and vaccination update. Vaccination training can be provided if necessary on commencing in post.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
